Shipping Policy

1. Countries and shipping rates

Currently we only take product orders for the UK. For order requests outside of the UK, contact orders@getadrip.com 

1.1. Processing and Shipment 

We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

If you expected to receive your order sooner or have questions about your shipment, please contact orders@getadrip.com for help.

1.2. Shipping carriers

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we provide domestic UK delivery with Royal Mail package service (in-transit times 1-3 Business Days) for orders. 

All Royal Mail shipping orders received before 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on the same day (working days only). Royal Mail orders received after 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on the following business day. Royal Mail orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

Our Express Delivery service is delivered via DHL. All DHL Express orders received before 01:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same day (working days only). DHL Express orders received after 01:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day. DHL Express orders placed on Friday after 01:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

1.3 Delivery guarantees

We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.

1.4 Order cancellations and modifications

Please contact orders@getadrip.com with your order number, and we will assist with your order update. If your order has already shipped, we will help you make the appropriate return(s) and exchanges.

1.5 Billing Address and Shipping Address

In the event that the billing address differs from the shipping address, we may contact you by email or telephone to confirm the identity of the buyer. We may request proof of identity that contains your home address and match to the details of the cardholder making the payment. You may need to submit 2 documents i.e. your passport and driving licence if 1 document does not contain your picture and home address. If there is no response after 2 business days from the date of the initial order we will refund the amount paid and cancel the order.
