We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• If you change your mind after your prescription has been approved or dispensed;
• If you fail to provide required documentation or information necessary for clinical review or identity verification;
• If you do not return requested items (such as test kits or packaging) that are required to process a refund;
• If you do not comply with safety requirements, cold chain delivery protocols, or reasonable instructions from our team that prevent us from completing your order.

In all such cases, we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid to cover the clinical and administrative time spent handling your consultation and order.
