These Terms of Sale govern your use of our website. By purchasing products or services from the website, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully, as they affect your legal rights. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, please refrain from using our website.

Our clinicians are fully registered and regulated by the appropriate UK regulatory bodies, such as the General Medical Council (GMC), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

If your treatment includes a prescription only medicine, we will verify your identity automatically once your prescription has been approved by a member of our clinical team. Online Consultation and Truthful Disclosure

Some of our products and services require you to complete an online consultation, which includes a health and wellbeing questionnaire that must be filled out before receiving treatment. It is crucial that you complete this questionnaire truthfully and to the best of your knowledge, as our doctors and partners, including prescribers, rely on your responses for medical assessment and to determine the suitability of treatment. If you are uncertain about any answer, please consult your regular healthcare provider, such as your GP, before submitting your responses. The consultation must be completed by you, for yourself. Do not register or complete questionnaires on behalf of anyone other than yourself.


If you do not understand any part of the questionnaire, please contact us, and we will provide the necessary information. Additionally, it is important that you inform your GP about any treatment or medication we supply. During the online consultation, we will offer you the option to share your information with your GP. Our prescribers can determine whether it is in the patient's best interest to receive a particular medicine only when they have all relevant information. Sometimes, this may require the clinician to request additional details from the patient beyond what was provided in the online questionnaire.

Step 6: Pay for consultation, treatment and delivery costs.

Once your order is submitted, our doctors or prescribers will review your health questionnaire and may contact you via your account, email, telephone, or video call to confirm that the chosen treatment is suitable or to request further information. If your order is deemed unsuitable, it may be rejected based on the most recent consultation and any previous information on record. The final decision to prescribe rests with our doctors/prescribers.

Our doctors or prescribers aim to respond to you within 48 hours on weekdays after you have submitted the questionnaire. You will receive a confirmation via email or text that you have successfully registered and that your questionnaire is under review. If remote medical treatment is deemed appropriate, our doctors or prescribers will offer you a treatment plan and provide any necessary follow-up medical advice, particularly if you experience side effects or other issues.

Create an Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchases on the Website and you must be a resident in the United Kingdom. When you register on our Website, you will create an electronic patient record with both Get A Drip and Get A Drip Pharma. This record will include the Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy you have accepted, along with your personal details such as your legal name, date of birth, gender, and possibly a form of ID for identity verification. Additionally, the record will store information about your treatments, consultations, and any test results.
Upon setting up your account, your email address will serve as both your identifier and username for accessing our services. We use this email address to send notifications about service related emails in your patient account. Additionally, if you have not opted out, you may receive marketing emails. We will also send you emails regarding prescription reminders, abandoned baskets, and review requests unless you choose to opt out of these communications.

Your delivery address is processed to ensure your treatment is delivered to you. This address is also necessary for the prescription and as a billing address for payment purposes. If you provide a phone number, it will be used to send you information related to the service you requested; however, we currently do not use your phone number for marketing purposes. Should this change, we will seek your consent first.
For clarity, your email address will be shared with our delivery partner so you can receive delivery updates and track your order as described.

You acknowledge and agree that we may store your electronic patient records, including personal information and treatment history, for at least 10 years after your last order or prescription. It is important to notify us by emailing support@getadrip.com if there are any changes to your medical condition, such as a new diagnosis or medication, as updates to your medical status may affect your eligibility for treatment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised use of your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us immediately.

Please ensure that you register only one account with Get A Drip Shop, providing accurate and legal information, including your name, address, date of birth, email, and telephone number. Failure to do so may cause the cancellation of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchases on the Website and you must be a resident in the United Kingdom. We deliver products only to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you are using an address forwarding service or PO boxes. 

Please note that professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the quantity and frequency of any product we and/or our partner pharmacy are permitted to supply to you. 

Please be aware that, for safety reasons, we do not accept returns of prescription medicines. If this is your first order and your prescription has not yet been processed, please email support@getadrip.com. We will instruct our clinical team to cancel your order, and you will not be charged.


Returns, cancellations, refunds 


By placing your order, you consent to a clinical assessment and acknowledge that you waive any cancellation rights for orders related to consultation and prescription services and/or any medicines, as outlined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Please note that for safety reasons, we do refuse returns of medical products, including prescription or non-prescription medicine. If you have unwanted medicine please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. 

As this is the case we are unable to offer refunds for returned prescription treatments unless the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong product has been sent to you. On some occasions we may require evidence such as a photo of damaged, defective, or wrongly received treatment. We are unable to reimburse the cost of return delivery. 

You can cancel your order for prescription treatment up until the point it has been approved by a clinician. Email support@getadrip.com

If a product, including medical items, arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us immediately. We will either replace the product or refund the full amount you paid. You must return the product to us as per our reasonable instructions as soon as possible after notifying us of the issue. We are happy to consider refund requests for any products that are damaged, defective, or sent in error, up to 2 months after you receive the item.

We may cancel your order if we are unable to fulfil your order due to insufficient stock or if we are unable to verify your identity, address or that you are above 18 years of age. We may cancel your order if we cannot deliver to your postcode within the specified number of days. We may cancel your order if the price listed on our website was incorrect due to a typographical error or a pricing error received from our supplier. If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and process the refund within 30 days.

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount paid will be returned to you using the same payment method. Refunds will be processed once the issue is resolved between you and our customer care team. You can expect the funds to reach your bank within 4-5 working days after the refund is issued.

If our delivery provider returns your parcel to us for any reason, we will hold it for 4 weeks and contact you to reschedule the delivery at no extra cost. If we do not receive a response within that 4-week period, we are required to dispose of the medication.

We are under no obligation to provide any additional compensation for any disappointment experienced in the course of your treatment or service.
Use of the products 

You are responsible for checking that the medicine is the correct medicine prescribed by us and that such medicine is not damaged in any way. Do not sell or resell any of the products, services, materials, or any samples thereof you receive from us. Do not use the delivered medicine if it is not the medicine prescribed or if it is damaged on arrival. Instead you should contact us and we shall resupply or refund you as set out above. 

All product information is for educational purposes and we make no assurances or guarantees as to its completeness, accuracy, or whether it is up to date. Please refer to the patient information leaflet included in the box. Always read the product packaging and labels carefully before use, including the expiry date. n unused medication should be returned to your local pharmacy for safe disposal. Any sharps waste should be disposed of in accordance with local council guidelines.

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. We strongly advise you to consult your doctor for any medical advice or decisions regarding your health.

We do not accept any liability for damages resulting from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information during any consultation with us or if you fail to share relevant information with your doctor. You agree that our service does not replace your general practitioner or healthcare provider. 

Nothing in these conditions excludes or in any way limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that may not be excluded or limited under English law.This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 

We will not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to trade disputes, poor weather, breakdowns or natural disasters.
General 

These conditions are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Get A Drip Limited and subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of our Terms of Sale and Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Prices

The price listed is subject to change at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products and/or services without notice.  We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of our products and/or services.

Weight Loss Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident that our Weight Loss experts will find the right treatments to support you on your weight loss journey , or you can claim your money back. 

If you satisfy the Terms and Conditions below, you will be entitled to claim a refund for the value of your first month of treatment. The money-back guarantee only applies if you’ve met the following conditions:

  • You have used your weight loss medication as directed by Get A Drip’s pharmacy team; and you have not stopped taking weight loss medication during your first 6 months of treatment, unless clinically advised to do so. If you’ve been clinically advised to stop taking your medication for longer than one month, or you stop taking your prescription for any reason other than following the advice of a Get A Drip pharmacist, you won’t be eligible for the money-back guarantee; and
  • You have completed the lifestyle questionnaire for coaching within the first month of receiving it; and You have not been on any prescription weight loss medication in the 12 months prior to starting Get A Drip’s weight loss programme (examples include but are not limited to: Mounjaro, Orlistat, Mysimba, Ozempic, Saxenda, or Wegovy.); and You have expressed dissatisfaction with the weight loss programme, to support@getadrip.com, at least twice during the first 6 months of treatment.
  • You can submit a refund request via support@getadrip.com.
    Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Shipping Policy

Buying Products 

You must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchases on the Website and you must be a resident in the United Kingdom. We deliver products only to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you are using an address forwarding service. This is to ensure that we are restricting access to our services in geographies outside of the United Kingdom. 

The following policy outlines the specific shipping requirements for refrigerated products, including Mounjaro® and Wegovy®, of which require cold storage during transportation (2-8 degrees Celsius). Please read the details carefully to ensure your order is processed and delivered correctly.

We use registered delivery carriers in order to provide the best delivery service possible. Your delivery may be posted through the letterbox when possible and may not require a signature. It is your responsibility to ensure that nobody else can access the products delivered to you. Therefore, please be very careful if children or animals form part of your household.  

There may be situations where your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. While we cannot be held responsible for these delays, we will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service.

If your delivery is delayed by more than 7 days, please contact us, and we will arrange a redelivery of your products at no additional cost.

Processing and Shipment 

We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we provide domestic UK delivery with Royal Mail (in-transit times 1-3 Business Days) for orders. 

All Royal Mail shipping orders received before 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on the same day (working days only). Royal Mail orders received after 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on the following business day. Royal Mail orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

Our Cold Express Delivery service is delivered via DHL. All DHL Express orders received before 01:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same day (Monday-Thursday only). DHL Express orders received after 01:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day. DHL Express orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

Delivery guarantees

We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.
 
Order cancellations and modifications

Please contact support@getadrip.com with your order number, and we will assist with your order update. If your order has already shipped, we will help you make the appropriate return(s) and exchanges. 

Billing Address and Shipping Address

In the event that the billing address differs from the shipping address, we may contact you by email or telephone to confirm the identity of the buyer. We may request proof of identity that contains your home address and match to the details of the cardholder making the payment. You may need to submit 2 documents i.e. your passport and driving licence if 1 document does not contain your picture and home address. If there is no response after 2 business days from the date of the initial order we will refund the amount paid and cancel the order.

Bank Holidays

Please be aware there may be unavoidable delivery delays to all treatments and services over public holidays.
